Bridlington Spa
The client had large square decorative ceiling luminaires, illuminated by 6 x 55W TC-L lamps. With the constant maintenance and ever decreasing supply of fluorescent lamps, the REGEN Initiative was approached to find a long term sustainable solution.
The Brief
Replace the existing fluorescent tubes with modern, long lasting LED's. Each luminaire held 3 x metal trays.
Design
The new LED Light engine was designed to mount to the existing metal trays to make reinstallation much quicker.
Manufacturing
Retrofit LED tray to replace existing 6x55W TC-L fixture. Supplied as a one piece tray with driver and LED modules which ensures onsite refurbishment of existing luminaires is quick and simple. High quality Tridonic 4000K LED boards combined with 2 Tridonic drivers (one each side) provides long lasting and perfectly uniform light distribution. LED’s are protected with a high transmission frosted PMMA cover.
Final Result
The final result showed a brightly lit decorative luminaire with an excellent light distribution. Long life Tridonic LED boards provide a significant reduction in maintenance as well as over 120w of power saved for each luminaire.
