Consultation
We will guide you through the process, how we can help reduce your energy bills, improve the lighting environment and outline a basic feasibility study and preliminary analysis to determine if the project is practical and viable. We will discuss access, can the conversion work be done on site or will the lighting products need to be removed for a factory engineered solution.
Product Sample Evaluation
The evaluation process process begins with a thorough understanding of the specific application and the desired features of the gear tray. This includes identifying the type of luminaire, the desired light output, and any special requirements such as emergency lighting and lighting control system compatibility.
Design & Manufacture
If a customised gear tray is needed for an application, the process will involve designing all components of the tray to ensure it meets specific requirements. This includes factors like size, power, luminosity, finish, and compatibility with the existing luminaire. The design will also consider aspects such as light distribution, energy efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations. We will use the latest LED technology to make sure the conversion has an extended life with significant maintenance cost reductions.
Sample Approval
Working samples for client evaluation will make sure the products meet expectation. An evaluation involves a converted product reinstalled back into the existing environment for real world assessment (e.g., performance, quality, customer satisfaction).
Installation
The final stage is to install the new component. The client can approve their own preferred electrical installation team or the REGEN can provide this service.
